What a review says
Each review is your agent’s suggestion: Good fit, Maybe, or Not a fit, then a short write-up shaped to the person:- a plain first sentence on who they are, which lists and Home show
- how they meet what the job needs, in their own words, quoted from their resume or answers
- the main gap, and what to ask them
What it never does
- No scores, ranks, or percentages. Never for a person.
- It moves nobody. A review doesn’t change anyone’s status. You decide who to talk to and who to decline.
- It doesn’t guess. Nothing about age, gender, or anything like them is weighed or guessed. It calls people by name and says “they”.
What Hotfix points out
- Matching text. When an application shares text word for word with another one to the same job, Hotfix says so, and your agent mentions it in the review. A match is a fact to report, not proof of anything.
- Text addressed to an AI. When a resume or answer tells an AI to rate, rank, or ignore its instructions, Hotfix flags it, and your agent doesn’t follow it.
After the review
Your agent lists the good fits, the maybes, and those not a fit, one line each, and asks who to invite. Pick with a click. When the choice is between a few people, or you ask to compare them, it shows their reviews in one card, a tab each, and says what sets them apart. Open opens whoever is showing. Inviting goes to Interview candidates; declining to Email candidates. If you decline several people for the same gap, it suggests adding that gap to the job’s What you’ll need, so the next review uses it.Every evening, on its own
Set up Review new applicants in Scheduled, and Hotfix reviews new people each evening and drafts declines for anyone who isn’t a fit, ready for you to send.
Where reviews show
- In the app, Review on the card after a review opens the job’s reviews in a tab: everyone’s suggestion and first sentence, to filter and open one at a time. A person’s page opens on their review.
- On the web, a person’s page shows the review first.
