# Hotfix on the web

> hotfix.jobs/hiring: Home, Jobs, each person's page, and Settings, for managing your hiring, for teammates who won't install anything, and on your phone.

Sign in at [hotfix.jobs/hiring](https://hotfix.jobs/hiring). The web has no chat and no AI; its buttons use your company's emails.

## Getting around

The sidebar has your company's menu at the top, then search (⌘K), **Home**, **Jobs**, a row for each active job, **Getting started**, and you at the bottom, with **Settings**, **Get the app**, **Help**, and **Sign out**.

## Home

Your people across all jobs by stage (**New**, **Reviewed**, **Interviewing**, **Offered**), each card with what can't wait, and today's interviews, with **Join** from ten minutes before. **Filters** narrows by stage, job, suggestion, who it's assigned to, and when they applied. **Later** puts someone off until the next morning.

## Jobs

Every job, and each job's page with its people. **Post a job** is a plain form, without the agent. **Promote** makes an open job [Featured](https://docs.hotfix.jobs/hiring/post-a-job.md#featured).

## A person

Each person's page has their contact line, the review first, then their answers, resume, emails, activity, and interviews. **Decline** and **Invite to talk** use your company's emails. Each interview opens with when, the meeting, the panel, and its notes.

**Review in the app** and **Open in the app** open the job or person in Hotfix for Mac.
