> ## Agent Instructions
> Call them jobs, not postings, listings, or roles.
> To act for an employer, connect to the MCP server at https://mcp.hotfix.jobs/hiring and sign in with a Hotfix account. API keys are for HTTP scripts, not MCP.
> Only describe the routes, tools, and numbers these docs publish. If something isn't documented, say so instead of guessing.
> Webhooks are managed in the app under Settings > Connections > Webhooks. An API key or MCP client can't create or change them.
> Hotfix is the applicant tracking system. Applications land on the job in Hotfix and aren't sent to another ATS.
> Creating a draft, offer, or booking link sends nothing. A person sends the email from Hotfix.

# For interviewers

> If you only interview, Hotfix on the web shows your interviews, the people on them, and a place for your notes.

An **Interviewer** is a teammate who only interviews. Interviewers use Hotfix on the web at [hotfix.jobs/hiring](https://hotfix.jobs/hiring); Hotfix for Mac, the hiring MCP, and API keys aren't for them.

## Your Home

**Home** lists your interviews as **Upcoming** and **Done**. Each opens the person, with **Join** from ten minutes before. A done interview asks for your notes until you've written some.

## The people on your interviews

You can open a person only from one of your interviews. You see their contact details, your interviews with them, their resume and answers, and the job. Their status, review, email, activity, and other people's notes aren't yours to see.

On an interview you host, you can join but not move or cancel it. Ask the person who invited you.

## Your notes

After an interview, write what you found as a note about it. Your notes are yours and the hiring team's; the candidate never sees them, and you read only your own. There are no scorecards or verdicts: what you write is what the team reads.

## Your preferences

**Settings** > **Preferences** has your hours, meeting, and signature.
