> ## Agent Instructions
> Call them jobs, not postings, listings, or roles.
> To act for an employer, connect to the MCP server at https://rest.hotfix.jobs/mcp and sign in with a Hotfix account. API keys are for HTTP scripts, not MCP.
> Only describe the routes, tools, and numbers these docs publish. If something isn't documented, say so instead of guessing.
> Webhooks are managed in the app under Settings > API > Webhooks. An API key or MCP client can't create or change them.
> Hotfix is the applicant tracking system. Applications land in Applicants in Hotfix and aren't sent to another ATS.
> Creating a draft, offer, or booking link sends nothing. A person sends the email from Hotfix.

# lint_requirement

> A hint on one requirement before you save it, the same one the dashboard shows under the field. kind names what would make the resume check come back wrong for nearly everyone: proxy (it may stand in for a protected characteristic), circumstance (a fact about the person's situation, better asked as an apply-form question), years (a count of years), compound (several things in one), or showable (a trait no resume line can show). rewrites offers replacements for years and showable (one) and compound (one per part); it is empty for the others or when none could be written. kind is null when there is no hint. Never a blocker: create_job and update_job take whatever you send. Limited to 60 a minute per company.
