> Product noun is jobs.
> MCP at https://rest.hotfix.jobs/mcp is the hiring contract for agents. Clients sign in with Hotfix; API keys are for HTTP only.
> Do not invent unpublished REST or hiring stats. Webhooks are set up in the app; there is no REST route or MCP tool to manage them.
> Do not mention Greenhouse, Ashby, Quick Apply, or claim.

# Integrations

> Connect Google Workspace and Zoom so your team can send hiring email and schedule interviews from Hotfix.

Open **Settings** > **Integrations** to connect the tools your team hires with. Owners and Admins see this page. Integrations come with a hosted plan.

| Integration | What it powers |
| - | - |
| **Google Workspace** | Sending hiring email from the [inbox](/help/inbox), replies in the inbox, and [interviews](/help/interviews) on Google Calendar with Google Meet links |
| **Zoom** | Zoom links for interviews |

Each row shows **Connected**, **Not connected**, or **Reconnect needed**. Click **Connect**, **Manage**, or **Reconnect** to open it.

## Google Workspace

One install covers everyone on your domain.

* Hiring email sends from the Gmail of the teammate who clicks Send.
* Interviews go on the interviewer's Google Calendar, with a Meet link unless you pick Zoom or phone.
* Only teammates whose Hotfix email is on this domain can send mail or own interviews.

### Connect Google Workspace

You need a Google super admin for the Google Admin step. If that isn't you, send them the **Client ID** and **OAuth scopes** from the setup panel. Each has a copy button. Whoever clicks **Verify** in Hotfix must be signed in to Hotfix with an email on the domain.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the setup panel">
    On **Settings** > **Integrations**, click **Connect** on the **Google Workspace** row.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open Domain-wide delegation in Google">
    In Google Admin, go to **Security** > **API controls** > **Domain-wide delegation**. The panel links straight to it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add Hotfix">
    Click **Add new**. Paste the **Client ID** and the **OAuth scopes** from Hotfix. Click **Authorize**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your domain">
    Back in Hotfix, enter your **Domain**, like `company.com`. Your Hotfix sign-in must be on that domain: Hotfix checks the grant by acting as you once.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Verify">
    Click **Verify**. When it works, you see **Workspace verified** and the row shows **Connected**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

A domain connects to one Hotfix company at a time. If another company already connected it, Verify says so.

The **OAuth scopes** field holds these four, as one comma-separated line:

| Scope | Lets Hotfix |
| - | - |
| `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send` | Send hiring email |
| `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly` | Read replies |
| `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events` | Create interview events |
| `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.freebusy` | Check interviewers' free and busy times |

### Gmail read

The `gmail.readonly` scope lets candidate replies show up in the inbox. Without it, mail still sends, but you won't see replies in Hotfix.

When you connect without it, you see **Workspace verified. Gmail read isn't granted yet.** and **Gmail read** shows **Not granted**. To turn it on:

1. In Google Admin, open **Security** > **API controls** > **Domain-wide delegation**.
2. Add `gmail.readonly` to Hotfix's scopes.
3. In Hotfix, click **Manage** on the **Google Workspace** row, then **Verify again**.

### Check the connection

Click **Manage** on the **Google Workspace** row. The panel shows the **Domain**, who connected it (**Connected by**), when it was **Verified**, and whether **Gmail read** is **On**. Click **Verify again** to recheck the grant.

### Disconnect Google Workspace

Click **Manage**, then **Disconnect**, and confirm. Hiring email and interview scheduling stop until you connect again. Booked interviews stay on calendars.

Disconnecting in Hotfix doesn't remove Hotfix's access in Google. To remove that too, delete the client ID in **Domain-wide delegation**.

## Zoom

A Zoom admin connects once. When a candidate books a Zoom interview, Hotfix creates the meeting under the interviewer's Zoom user and puts the join link on the calendar invite. Rescheduling or cancelling updates the meeting.

Each interviewer needs a user on your Zoom account with the same email as their Hotfix login.

### Connect Zoom

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the setup panel">
    On **Settings** > **Integrations**, click **Connect** on the **Zoom** row.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authorize in Zoom">
    Click **Connect Zoom**. Sign in to Zoom as an admin and approve Hotfix.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Back in Hotfix">
    Zoom returns you to **Integrations**. The row shows **Connected**. Click **Manage** to see the Zoom **Account** and when it was **Connected**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

### Reconnect Zoom

If Zoom stops accepting the connection, the row shows **Reconnect needed** and new Zoom interviews can't be booked. Click **Reconnect** on the row, then **Reconnect** in the panel. Booked interviews keep their links.

### Disconnect Zoom

Click **Manage**, then **Disconnect**, and confirm. New interviews can't use Zoom until you connect again. Booked interviews keep their Zoom links. Cancelling one of them in Hotfix leaves the meeting in Zoom.

### Remove Hotfix from Zoom

Disconnect in Hotfix first: that ends Hotfix's access and deletes the connection Hotfix keeps (the Zoom account email and the sign-in token). Then, as a Zoom admin, open the [Zoom App Marketplace](https://marketplace.zoom.us), click **Manage** > **Added Apps**, and click **Remove** next to Hotfix.

If you remove Hotfix in Zoom without disconnecting, Zoom ends Hotfix's access right away. The next time Hotfix uses the connection, the Zoom row shows **Reconnect needed**. Click **Manage**, then **Disconnect**, to delete what Hotfix kept. Meetings Hotfix already created stay in Zoom, and Hotfix can no longer move or cancel them.

## Your email signature

Your signature is yours, not the company's. Set it under **Settings** > **Preferences** in **Signature**. It's added under the hiring email you send. Leave it empty to send none. It saves when you click away.

## API keys, apps, and webhooks

API keys, connected AI apps, and webhooks live under **Settings** > **API**. See [API and webhooks](/help/api).
