> ## Agent Instructions
> Call them jobs, not postings, listings, or roles.
> To act for an employer, connect to the MCP server at https://mcp.hotfix.jobs/hiring and sign in with a Hotfix account. API keys are for HTTP scripts, not MCP.
> Only describe the routes, tools, and numbers these docs publish. If something isn't documented, say so instead of guessing.
> Webhooks are managed in the app under Settings > Connections > Webhooks. An API key or MCP client can't create or change them.
> Hotfix is the applicant tracking system. Applications land on the job in Hotfix and aren't sent to another ATS.
> Creating a draft, offer, or booking link sends nothing. A person sends the email from Hotfix.

# Scheduled

> Requests that run on their own while Hotfix is open, like an evening review or a weekly report. They read and draft; anything that sends waits for you.

Open **Scheduled** in the sidebar to see your requests, switch them on or off, and make new ones.

![Scheduled: Review new applicants weekdays at 6:00 PM, a weekly hiring report switched off, and suggestions to prep today's interviews, nudge unbooked candidates, take next steps on reviews, and check on offers out](https://mintcdn.com/hotfix/0W4_fbSOZCG15YKb/images/app/scheduled.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=0W4_fbSOZCG15YKb\&q=85\&s=f8997169d290196ded3138a0ab724332)

## Make one

Click **New**, or start from a suggestion:

* **Prep today's interviews**: a brief for each, with what to ask and what to check, weekdays at 7:30 AM
* **Review new applicants**: reviews saved and declines drafted, weekdays at 6:00 PM. It starts on your job with the most new people.
* **Nudge unbooked candidates**: a note drafted to each person who hasn't picked a time after their link and Hotfix's reminder, weekdays at 10:00 AM
* **Next steps on reviews**: invites drafted for good fits nobody acted on and declines for not a fit, Mondays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM
* **Check on offers out**: a check-in drafted when an offer has gone quiet, Tuesdays at 10:00 AM
* **Weekly hiring report**: the week in charts, and who's waiting on a decision, Fridays at 4:00 PM

A suggestion you've already scheduled isn't offered again.

Each request has what it asks, the days and time it runs, its model, and optionally a job. You can also pick **Schedule this…** from a conversation's menu, or **New scheduled request** from ⌘K.

## How a run works

* Each run is a conversation of its own, through the same rules as any other: it reads and drafts, and anything that sends waits for you to press **Send**.
* Nobody is watching a run, so it doesn't stop partway to ask. It does all its reading and drafting first, and ends with what's waiting for you, or a line saying there was nothing to do.
* A run shows in the sidebar only when it needs you: a change to allow, a question, or a turn that failed. **Scheduled** counts those. The rest wait on the request's page, without a notification.
* If the time passes while Hotfix is closed or your Mac is asleep, the request runs once when it's back.
* If the last run still waits on you, the next one is skipped.

## Manage them

Each request has an on and off switch. Open one for **Run now**, **Edit**, **Duplicate**, **Delete**, and its past runs.

Requests run on your Mac, so Hotfix has to be open for them to run.
